Project Graduation is a community-sponsored program. We need hundreds of parents and community members to be successful. Preparations for this year's Project Graduation are underway, but we need help in a number of areas—Fundraising, Chaperones, Prizes, Food, Decorations and Set-up are just a few committees you can sign up for. No special talents are required, just a desire to work on this rewarding project. We encourage all parents of ABRHS underclassmen to volunteer. It's a lot of fun! Support the Class of 2008 now! Your future graduates will have the opportunity to celebrate in this exciting (and safe) way.
To volunteer, please send email to Shaila Golikeri, Co-Chair (978) 653-9867 or Debbie Clough, Co-Chair (978) 266-0153
or print this form and send it to: Project Graduation, c/o ABRPTSO, P.O. Box 912, Acton, MA 01720. Please include your name, address, phone number, and email address.

All adult volunteers at Project Graduation or adults who need to be on school premises during the event must have a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) form processed by the High School. A photo ID is now required with a CORI application completed in the presence of Deb Trentch in the High School main office. All previously processed CORIs will expire at the end of June 2006. Processing can take up to several weeks; it's important that you start the process as soon as possible.
Remember: You will need to complete the CORI form in the presence of Deb Trentch in the High School main office and bring along a photo id. Deb Trentch is available:
– Monday-Friday, 7:00a.m.-3:15p.m.
– Deadline for CORI submission is TBS, 2008.
– For any questions about CORI forms, contact the CORI Coordinators, Bonnie Massarang and Pat Barach, at abprojgrad08@gmail.com.
Project Graduation is a "501c3 Tax-Exempt Organization." This means that not only are your generous contributions tax deductible, but if your company or business has a matching donation program, Project Graduation can benefit with an additional gift. Check with your HR department and see if they offer such a program. If so, simply send in your company's matching donation form with your own donation check and we'll handle the rest.
Send donations to: Project Graduation, c/o ABRPTSO, P.O. Box 912, Acton, MA 01720. Make checks payable to: Project Graduation. We are funded entirely though contributions and receive no financial support from the school budget. For more information, please contact: Shaila Golikeri, Co-Chair (978) 653-9867 or Debbie Clough, Co-Chair (978) 266-0153.
Thanks for all your support!
